Festival tickets are purchased through the external ticketing platform: bilet.bg.

By clicking the “Buy Ticket” button, the user is redirected to the bilet.bg website.

Personal data provided during ticket purchase (including name, email address, phone number, payment details, and other necessary data) is processed by bilet.bg as an independent data controller, in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer:

• does not have access to bank card data or other payment instruments;
• does not store payment data;
• does not administer the online payment process.

Children under the age of 14 may attend the festival free of charge.

Their access to the event is permitted only when accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) who holds a valid ticket for the respective festival day or period.

The accompanying adult is responsible for the child throughout their stay at the festival.

The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of the child’s age when necessary.

4. Photography and Video Recording During the Festival

Photography and video recording will take place during the festival.

The recorded materials may be used for:

• Promotion of future editions
• Publication on the website

• Media publications
• Reporting to the Municipality of Varna

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest in documenting a public cultural event.

For focused recording of specific individuals, explicit consent may be requested.
